Lymphatic moves circulation and brings down swelling, Classic Full Body is the systematic stroking and kneading you probably picture when you think of massage, Shiatsu is Japanese finger pressure with no oil at all, Medical is aimed squarely at whatever hurts, and Diver VIP concentrates on shoulders and legs that have been carrying tanks around all week.

Tell the therapist where it aches and how much pressure you want, and that is the last thing asked of you. Oil warmed, lights low, sixty minutes on the table.
